JCY reach truck（48v sit-on） is designed for high-density warehousing operations. It offers varying load capacities and customizable heights, a comfortable riding position, and a reach-fork extension system that adapts to narrow aisles and high-density automated racking systems. The entire vehicle is electric with zero emissions and low operating noise, making it suitable for large and medium-sized logistics warehouses, finished goods warehouses, cold chain warehouses, raw material storage areas, and other indoor environments requiring continuous driving and stacking operations. Optional features can be added as needed, and non-standard customization is supported.

This vehicle is equipped with a high-end AC control system, transmission gearbox, and split hydraulic pump valve, providing stable power and a built-in circuit fault self-diagnosis function. The driver-style leisure safety seat, combined with stepless speed regulation and lightweight and quiet electronic steering, greatly improves the comfort of long-term operation. It is also equipped with electromagnetic regenerative braking, automatic deceleration in corners, hydraulic cylinder safety shut-off valve, and multiple electrical protections such as overvoltage, undervoltage, and motor overheating protection. The standard high-capacity lead-acid battery can be upgraded to a lithium battery. The wide-angle high-strength shock-absorbing mast ensures a wide operating field of vision and overall machine durability. The forward-moving structure effectively improves warehouse capacity utilization and high-rise racking stacking efficiency.
