JCY reach truck（24v stand-on）has a rated load capacity of 1.5 to 2 tons and a lifting height of 1.6 to 6 meters. It features a minimalist side-standing operating layout and a reach fork extension design, requiring less aisle width and perfectly suited for narrow aisles in small and medium-sized warehouses and mid-level racking systems. Operating with zero emissions and low noise, it is environmentally friendly and widely used in e-commerce small-item warehousing, factory workshop auxiliary material transfer, supermarket backup warehouses, hardware light goods racking, and small-scale cold chain indoor operations. Optional accessories include a side shifter, a separate hydraulic pump, and wireless camera monitoring. Non-standard OEM customization is also supported to meet the individual operational needs of different companies.

The truck is equipped with a high-end drive control system and a vertical brushless AC drive motor, eliminating the need for brush maintenance and significantly reducing long-term maintenance costs. An integrated low-noise hydraulic pump station combined with light and quiet electronic steering provides a light steering feel, reducing fatigue during extended operation. With a full suite of safety features, the electromagnetic regenerative braking system is energy-efficient and reliable. It also includes automatic deceleration on curves, a hydraulic cylinder safety shut-off valve, an emergency power-off switch, and a lifting limit sensor switch. In addition, the controller provides multiple automatic protections against overcurrent, overheating, and high/low voltage. Furthermore, the vehicle's shock absorption system and wide-angle high-strength shock-absorbing mast ensure both a wide field of vision for high-level operations and cushioning against road bumps. The machine features stepless speed regulation and smooth, precise operation. With its compact and flexible body and cost-effective configuration, it has become a high-performance, cost-effective stacking equipment for small and medium-sized warehouses, reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
