JCY reach truck（24v sit-on）has a rated load capacity of 1.5–2 tons and a lifting height ranging from 1.6 meters to 6 meters. It features a comfortable riding position and a reach fork extension mechanism that significantly reduces aisle width requirements, making it ideal for stacking mid-level automated storage and retrieval systems in narrow aisles of small to medium-sized warehouses. The machine is powered by a 24V AC pure electric motor, operating quietly with zero emissions. It is suitable for long-duration, high-frequency operations in e-commerce small-item warehouses, workshop auxiliary material warehouses, supermarket back-office warehousing, light-load automated storage and retrieval systems, and small indoor cold chain environments. Optional features include lithium batteries, a separate hydraulic pump, and a wireless camera monitor. It can also be equipped with a side-standing configuration and supports non-standard OEM customization to meet diverse operational needs.

The equipment is equipped with a high-end brand drive control system and a vertical brushless AC drive motor, eliminating the need for carbon brush replacement and maintenance, resulting in lower long-term maintenance costs. Combined with an integrated low-noise hydraulic pump station and lightweight, quiet electronic steering, the operation is smooth and effortless. It boasts a comprehensive safety system, including an electromagnetic regenerative braking energy-saving system, automatic cornering deceleration, cylinder safety shut-off valve, and emergency power-off switch.
