JCY order picker （OP）is a small, fully electric high-level picking vehicle with a maximum operating height of 6 meters. It supports high-level movement after platform lifting, making it a lightweight, single-person high-altitude picking device. The vehicle is compact in size and extremely easy to operate. It relies on a mature electronic control system for smooth drive and lifting, strictly adhering to ANSI, OSHA, and CSA international safety standards, ensuring reliable safety. It is mainly used for high-level goods picking, replenishment, inventory counting, and sorting operations in e-commerce warehouses, convenience store distribution centers, light industrial workshops, auto parts warehouses, and small automated warehouses. It can flexibly navigate narrow aisles, allowing a single person to complete all operations, and its compact size makes it suitable for tight warehouse spaces.

The equipment features a single-handed integrated drive and steering operating system with proportional drive control, providing smooth and linear acceleration and deceleration, making it easy for beginners to operate. Equipped with a Curtis intelligent control system, it offers stable and reliable power output. The H-shaped high-strength gantry column lifting structure boasts sufficient rigidity and minimal swaying during lifting. The electric material pallet supports height adjustment, making loading and unloading goods more convenient. Comprehensive safety features include a front blue warning light and a rear buzzer/strobe light for dual alerts to surrounding personnel. The work platform has an automatic door closing function, pre-installed safety rope connection points, and rubber floor mats for anti-slip protection. A manual emergency descent device is also included for safe descent in case of power failure. Battery and charging are well-equipped, featuring a standard power-type lead-acid battery with a battery discharge indicator and voltage timer for real-time battery level monitoring. The built-in intelligent charger can automatically complete a full charge in 5 hours. Non-marking environmentally friendly tires will not scratch epoxy flooring. Large 305×100mm drive wheels ensure stable movement and support for 6-meter high-level load transport, significantly improving picking efficiency. It is an economical and preferred model for efficient, scattered picking in small and medium-sized warehouses.
