JCY manual pallet truck is a high-strength manual hydraulic pallet trolley with rated loads of 2 tons, 2.5 tons, and 3 tons. It is a versatile manual pallet trolley suitable for warehouses and factories. Featuring an ergonomic, single-layer structural design, it is robust and durable, making it a core auxiliary equipment for short-distance warehouse handling. Suitable for short-distance cargo transfer in stores, factories, and logistics points, all articulated joints are lubricated. Chrome-plated bearing bushings and articulated joints ensure smooth operation, effortless steering, low noise, and a long service life.
Equipped with sealed and durable hydraulic cylinders, a thickened steel body, and wear-resistant load-bearing wheels, the electrostatically sprayed paint is impact-resistant and does not easily peel. With sufficient overall load-bearing rigidity, it is not easily deformed under a full load of 3 tons, ensuring reliable stability under long-term, high-frequency use.
The adjustable rubber-coated handle offers three operating modes: lifting, carrying, and lowering. The low position allows for unloading and pressure relief, while the fingertip control valve ensures precise cargo lowering. The neutral position minimizes dragging resistance, reducing operator fatigue during extended periods of pushing and pulling. The lifting control is intuitive and safe.
The one-piece cast hydraulic pump station features a precise overload valve for speed control, effectively preventing cylinder damage from overload. Its simple structure facilitates easy repair after a failure, resulting in low daily maintenance costs. Stable pressure relief prevents sudden cargo drops.
Optional single or double load-bearing wheels are available. Rollers at the fork front enhance stability when loading and unloading pallets on slopes. Drive wheels and load-bearing wheels can be replaced with nylon, polyurethane, or other materials.
All pivot joints can be lubricated for maintenance, making steering and pushing/pulling easy; the wheel set operates quietly and smoothly, and the forklift rollers protect the pallet from being punctured, making it suitable for high-frequency, multi-scenario routine handling operations.
