JCY heavy-duty walkig-type stacker comes in two specifications, with rated load capacities of 1.6 tons and 2 tons. Lithium-ion battery versions, PS16Li/20Li, are also available. These are dedicated heavy-duty walking-type stacking machines. The frame features a thickened, high-strength structure with ample remaining load capacity, suitable for heavy-duty cargo stacking in factories, high-level storage of heavy pallets, and continuous multi-shift operations. The standard side-pull battery allows for quick replacement, while the lithium-ion version supports fast charging. AC drive requires no maintenance. Balancing heavy-duty load capacity with long-term continuous operation capability, it is a mainstay economical heavy-duty stacker for medium to heavy-duty material storage and stacking.
Specialized structural design for heavy-duty operations, high-rigidity frame; equipped with auxiliary stabilizing wheels to prevent tipping during full-load walking, lifting, and stacking; 6mm thickened steel plate chassis and robust outer shell for sturdiness and stability.
Equipped with a high-power AC drive motor, the power response is direct and sensitive, with precise starting and reversing control. The motor is maintenance-free, requiring no regular maintenance, significantly reducing long-term operating costs. It provides ample power for heavy-duty climbing and continuous operation.
Standard configuration includes a side-pull-out battery, allowing for quick single-person battery replacement and uninterrupted shift work. An optional lithium battery version can be fully charged in 4 hours and is maintenance-free. An automatic low-voltage protection program cuts off lifting, preventing lifting in low-power conditions, effectively protecting the battery and extending its lifespan.
The hydraulic pump station is equipped with dual solenoid valves, offering two lowering speeds (fast and slow), which can be freely switched according to the type of goods and stacking conditions. Precise fork lowering positioning reduces damage to goods from impacts and improves stacking efficiency.
The overall vehicle structure is optimized for later maintenance and repair. The modular layout of parts allows for quick replacement of damaged parts. The drive wheels, hydraulic components, and electronic control components are easy to disassemble and assemble, minimizing downtime for maintenance and ensuring continuous factory production.
