JCY full electric pallet truck , with rated load capacities of 1.6 tons and 2 tons respectively, has won the German Red Dot Design Award. Featuring a compact and lightweight body, it's a dedicated pedestrian-type electric pallet loader for light to medium-duty work conditions. Its small and flexible design makes it suitable for small to medium-sized warehouse cargo handling, truck tailgate loading and unloading, supermarket express delivery, and short-distance transport of small e-commerce items. Equipped with a built-in integrated charger, charging is convenient and highly autonomous. Combined with the Curtiss electronic control system and multiple battery protection programs, it balances aesthetics, maneuverability, and long-term durability, offering outstanding cost-effectiveness for lightweight material handling scenarios.
The thickened steel plate frame with reinforced forks provides robust rigidity and resistance to deformation. Equipped with auxiliary balance wheels, it is less prone to tipping over when turning under full load and traversing obstacles, significantly improving driving stability. It also features an automatic low-voltage cut-off protection function to prevent damage from deep battery drain, effectively extending battery life.
The vehicle comes with a built-in charger, eliminating the need for bulky external chargers. Simply plug it in on-site for immediate charging, making it convenient for delivery trips and temporary charging in different locations. Charging can be completed by a single person.
Standard configuration includes two 12V 65Ah maintenance-free batteries, requiring no daily water additions. A 105Ah high-capacity battery can be upgraded later for extended range, meeting the needs of high-intensity continuous transport.
Equipped with a Curtis drive controller, the vehicle boasts stable operation and a low failure rate. The modular design of the vehicle's electrical structure simplifies component disassembly and repair, reducing long-term maintenance costs. Power output is smooth and controllable.
The ergonomic extended and compact operating handle has a comfortable soft rubber grip and integrates functions such as LCD power display, keyless start, emergency stop button, and lifting control. The power level is visible in real time, and one-button power-off shutdown is available in case of emergency. It is easy for beginners to use and can be flexibly turned and operated in narrow passages.
