JCY electric pallet truck is a pedestrian-operated, fully electric pallet truck with a rated load capacity of 2000kg. A lithium-ion upgraded version, the PT20NLi, is also available. Its main feature is its flexible and interchangeable power system, allowing for easy switching between lead-acid and lithium-ion battery configurations. Battery upgrades can be implemented without replacing the entire vehicle, making it suitable for various working conditions such as daily pallet handling in warehouses, unloading in supermarkets, and short-distance material handling in workshops. It is a classic electric pallet truck with high versatility and easy future upgrades.
It supports two power supply options as needed. Upgrading to a lithium-ion battery later only requires replacing the battery pack, not the entire vehicle. This adapts to different budgets and range requirements, meeting the needs of single-shift and multi-shift work intensities.
Equipped with a 750W drive wheel and a high-reduction gearbox, it delivers strong power output, enabling it to climb slopes up to 7% even when fully loaded. It easily handles factory ramps and loading/unloading on truck tailgates. The optimized structure allows for quick replacement of the PU drive wheel without disassembling the drive assembly, simplifying maintenance and replacement.
The soft rubber-wrapped handle provides a comfortable grip and integrates a Hall effect accelerometer, lifting button, emergency stop switch, LCD power meter, and working hour meter. All functions are integrated into one unit, making operation intuitive and simple, allowing beginners to quickly learn.
Utilizing a Curtis electronic control system, it offers stable and reliable performance. Fault diagnosis and parameter adjustment can be performed via a handheld programmer. The wiring harness uses aviation-grade waterproof connectors with an IP65 protection rating, reducing the risk of short circuits during outdoor operation in rainy weather and enhancing environmental adaptability.
The suspended support wheel design can adaptively buffer when there are slight potholes or gaps in the ground, reducing jolting and bumps, protecting pallets and goods, and improving the smoothness of the vehicle's ride.
