JCY economical electric stepping stacker is an economical walk-behind electric stacker with a rated load of 1.5 tons, upgradable to 2 tons as needed. Its compact and lightweight frame design makes it small and agile. Primarily used for warehouse goods stacking, high-level pallet storage, loading and unloading from truck tailgates, and lifting and stacking of light materials in small workshops, it features a built-in charger and low-barrier-to-operation capability. It's a cost-effective entry-level electric stacker for small and micro-enterprises, offering a low-cost alternative to manual stackers and enabling semi-automation upgrades in warehousing. It can operate smoothly in confined warehouses and inside vans.
Utilizing a four-point chassis frame structure with auxiliary balance wheels, the stability of the vehicle is significantly improved during walking and lifting. The forks are made of thickened and reinforced plate material, making them resistant to deformation under heavy loads and ensuring reliable heavy-duty stacking.
The top-mounted horizontal drive wheel structure and dustproof/waterproof motor facilitate easy disassembly and maintenance. A robust metal protective cover protects the drive motor and wheels, while also preventing impacts from heavy objects and ensuring operator safety.
Equipped with two 12V 105Ah high-capacity maintenance-free power batteries, providing long-lasting operation without the need for daily water replenishment. A built-in integrated charger allows for automatic charging without additional equipment. Low voltage automatically cuts off the lifting action to prevent battery damage and effectively extend battery life.
The compact body takes up little space, is easy to operate, and perfectly suited for light-load, high-frequency stacking scenarios. It boasts a low failure rate and low maintenance costs, balancing practicality and economy.
