JCY economical electric pallet truck , with rated load capacities of 1.6 tons and 2 tons respectively, are light-duty, economical, pedestrian-type electric pallet jacks. Featuring a compact and lightweight frame design, they are primarily designed for low-intensity cargo handling scenarios, suitable for daily cargo turnover in small and medium-sized warehouses, loading and unloading from truck tailgates, and short-distance transport of small items in stores and e-commerce. Equipped with a built-in charger and multiple battery protection systems, they are easy to operate, cost-effective, and represent an entry-level lightweight electric pallet jack.
The thickened steel frame, combined with a reinforced fork structure, provides sufficient load-bearing rigidity and prevents deformation. The addition of auxiliary balance wheels reduces the risk of tipping over during fully loaded turns and pushing, enhancing stability. A low-voltage automatic cut-off lifting function prevents hydraulic lifting when the battery is low, preventing damage from deep battery depletion and effectively extending battery life.
The entire vehicle integrates a built-in charger, eliminating the need for an external charger. Simply plug it in on-site for convenient charging, making delivery trips and temporary power replenishment in remote locations highly convenient. This expands the equipment's operating radius, and charging can be completed by a single person.
Standard configuration includes two 12V 65Ah maintenance-free batteries, requiring no daily water additions. A 105Ah high-capacity battery can be upgraded later, extending the range and meeting the needs of continuous daily transport operations.
A hard metal shield encases the motor and drive wheels, protecting the power components from impact damage and preventing operator foot injuries. A reliable emergency stop button and battery level display allow for one-button power-off shutdown in emergencies. Automatic deep discharge battery protection minimizes malfunctions and losses.
The extended operating handle is ergonomic and allows for flexible turning in narrow passages. The modular design of the whole machine makes it easy to disassemble and assemble parts, making daily inspection and maintenance difficult and economical in operation and maintenance costs.
