JCY 3-5 ton internal combustion off-road forklift is designed for unpaved, complex, and harsh working conditions such as construction sites, farms, orchards, sand and gravel yards, and forest areas. It is specifically designed for handling heavy-duty materials on muddy, potholed, soft, and rugged terrain. The vehicle is equipped with a compliant diesel powertrain, a switchable two-wheel/four-wheel drive system, and an adaptive limited-slip differential. It boasts a 350mm ground clearance and professional off-road tires, providing outstanding off-road performance. Reliable in all weather conditions, it is suitable for multi-shift outdoor heavy-duty loading, unloading, stacking, and short-distance transport operations.

A high-mounted air intake paired with a vertical exhaust system effectively blocks dust and rainwater intrusion, supporting all-weather field operations; optional standard overhead guard or enclosed cab, with the enclosed cab capable of being equipped with heating and air conditioning; ergonomic control layout, equipped with an electronic gear shifter and a CAN bus LCD instrument panel for real-time vehicle operation information.
The cab supports one-button electric forward tilting and integrates core components such as the electrical control box, battery, and air filter for easy inspection and maintenance. Maintenance can be performed without special tools, significantly reducing downtime for maintenance.
