JCY 2.5-3.5 ton internal combustion off-road forklift is specifically designed for harsh, unpaved outdoor working conditions. It features a four-wheel drive architecture, supporting free switching between two-wheel and four-wheel drive, balancing high efficiency and fuel economy with robust off-road capabilities. The vehicle is equipped with multiple off-road-specific hardware components, boasting a robust chassis and superior passability, making it suitable for muddy and uneven terrain such as construction sites, orchards, farms, and field storage yards, enabling stable loading, unloading, and transfer of goods across complex terrains.
Supports seamless switching between 2WD and 4WD; equipped with a limited-slip differential to prevent power loss when one wheel slips, ensuring continuous traction on muddy and rough terrain; standard wide-base, high-tread off-road tires provide strong grip, easily handling complex off-road surfaces.
Thickened heavy-duty frame, lower center of gravity, and stable driving; protective structure at the bottom of the chassis protects core components such as the driveshaft, engine, and radiator; one-piece stamped sealed engine cover provides excellent sealing and durability; iron top guard provides protection against falling objects, rain, and sun.
Wide-view reinforced mast with double-sided piping eliminates blind spots; standard lifting cylinder with buffer valve automatically decelerates when the forks land, reducing impact and effectively protecting cargo.
Utilizing a dual-stage air filtration system （external pre-filter + internal air filter）, the intake air is clean, significantly extending engine life; the optimized hydraulic system results in lower energy consumption and higher operating efficiency.
An ergonomic centralized control platform equipped with an electronic hydraulic gear selector and USB charging port; a full LED lighting system; and a wraparound, shock-absorbing luxury seat with seat power-off protection, automatically cutting off walking and descent movements when the operator leaves the seat to avoid the risk of misoperation.
The forklift supports a variety of engines from China, Japan, and other regions, and also supports customization of the enclosed cab, air conditioning, specialized tires, and various forklift accessories. The complete machine configuration can be customized according to site conditions to meet different operational needs.
