• JCY  5-7TON  LPG  FORKLIFT  PRODUCT  OVERVIEW 

JCY 5-7 ton LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) internal combustion forklift is specifically designed for medium to heavy-duty cargo handling. The vehicle is equipped with a high-power six-cylinder LPG engine and a hydraulic transmission system, providing ample power reserves and smooth, stable operation. Compared to diesel engines, it produces cleaner exhaust gases and generates less vibration and noise, balancing heavy-duty performance with environmental advantages. Its robust structure and strong load-bearing capacity make it suitable for large warehouses, building material markets, steel structure factories, port cargo yards, large manufacturing workshops, and other hardened indoor spaces as well as flat outdoor storage yards. It is ideal for continuous loading, unloading, and stacking of heavy pallets, steel, and large components, making it the preferred choice for clean internal combustion forklift handling in medium to heavy-duty environments.

• High-power six-cylinder LPG engine, strong heavy-duty performance

Equipped with a high-end six-cylinder LPG engine, rated power 76kW, peak torque 324N・m, providing ample power; single-fuel LPG drive ensures complete combustion, resulting in less exhaust pollution and lower vibration and noise compared to diesel forklifts in the same class, meeting environmental protection requirements for indoor factory operations. A 125L fuel tank provides long-lasting range, supporting extended continuous operation.

• Stable hydraulic transmission, efficient and reliable operation

Utilizing a hydraulic gearbox with 2 forward and 2 reverse gears, providing smooth transmission output; the attachment system operates at 19MPa, exhibiting excellent lifting speed under full load, with a maximum unloaded travel speed of 30km/h; a 20% gradeability under full load ensures stable passage on inclines and heavy loads.

• Heavy-duty reinforced chassis, excellent site adaptability

The entire chassis has undergone heavy-duty reinforced design, and comes standard with 8.25-15 tires; the minimum turning radius is 3250~3350mm, and the minimum right-angle passage width is 2960~3040mm, meeting the operational needs of large and medium-sized warehouse aisles; the standard lifting height of the mast is 3000mm, with a forward tilt of 6° and a backward tilt of 12°, ensuring stable and safe lifting of goods.

Equipped with a 12V/120Ah high-capacity battery, the electrical system is stable; the whole machine has strong component commonality, LPG fuel operation and maintenance are simple, no complex exhaust aftertreatment is required, daily maintenance procedures are simple, and long-term operating costs are controllable.
