JCY TL3507 Telehandler is a specialized piece of equipment for heavy-duty engineering and agricultural/forestry material handling. Utilizing a multi-mode steering system, powerful all-wheel drive, a high-strength telescopic boom, and a quick-change attachment system, it integrates material lifting, stacking, loading/unloading, shoveling, and grabbing. The vehicle balances off-road capability, flexibility in confined spaces, and heavy-load lifting stability, making it widely applicable in complex conditions such as construction sites, farms and orchards, sand and gravel yards, livestock farms, municipal engineering projects, and large warehouses. It replaces some functions of forklifts, loaders, and cranes, offering excellent value for money.

  • Three-mode steering system for high site mobility

Supports free switching between three steering modes: two-wheel steering is suitable for long-distance road travel, providing stable and efficient driving; four-wheel steering significantly reduces the turning radius, allowing for flexible U-turns in narrow alleys; crab-like diagonal steering allows for precise approach to goods close to walls, offering significant advantages in confined space positioning operations. Combined with full-time four-wheel drive, it provides ample traction on muddy, potholed, and unpaved roads.

Equipped with a power shift gearbox with a hydraulic torque converter, featuring 2 forward gears and 2 reverse gears. The control lever integrates gear selection and forward/reverse control. The front and rear axles utilize planetary gear reduction axles and torque distribution differentials, ensuring stable full-time four-wheel drive output. Braking uses pneumatically driven drum brakes for service and a manual disc parking brake at the gearbox output, ensuring safe and reliable parking on slopes and heavy-duty start-stop operations.

Standard features include hydraulic pilot single-handle operation, attachment quick-change button, adjustable luxury seat, and adjustable steering column, reducing fatigue during extended operation.
