JCY TL1850 Telehandler is a specialized piece of equipment for heavy-duty engineering and agricultural/forestry material handling. Utilizing a multi-mode steering system, powerful all-wheel drive, a high-strength telescopic boom, and a quick-change attachment system, it integrates material lifting, stacking, loading/unloading, shoveling, and grabbing. The vehicle balances off-road capability, flexibility in confined spaces, and heavy-load lifting stability, making it widely applicable in complex conditions such as construction sites, farms and orchards, sand and gravel yards, livestock farms, municipal engineering projects, and large warehouses. It replaces some functions of forklifts, loaders, and cranes, offering excellent value for money.
Supports free switching between three steering modes: two-wheel steering is suitable for long-distance road travel, providing stable and efficient driving; four-wheel steering significantly reduces the turning radius, allowing for flexible U-turns in narrow alleys; crab-like diagonal steering allows for precise approach to goods close to walls, offering significant advantages in confined space positioning operations. Combined with full-time four-wheel drive, it provides ample traction on muddy, potholed, and unpaved roads.
Equipped with a power shift gearbox with a hydraulic torque converter, featuring 2 forward gears and 2 reverse gears. The control lever integrates gear selection and forward/reverse control. The front and rear axles utilize planetary gear reduction axles and torque distribution differentials, ensuring stable full-time four-wheel drive output. Braking uses pneumatically driven drum brakes for service and a manual disc parking brake at the gearbox output, ensuring safe and reliable parking on slopes and heavy-duty start-stop operations.
The telescopic boom is constructed from high-strength tensile steel plates with a wear-resistant slider design, resulting in low maintenance costs. The fork carriage features automatic leveling and is equipped with hydraulic pin-type quick-change brackets, ensuring the load remains level during lifting and significantly reducing the risk of tipping over and slipping. The structure is resistant to deformation during long-term heavy-duty operation.
The enclosed, quiet cab features engine idling noise as low as 72dB(A), fully tinted glass, and a sunroof with front and top FOPS (Fall-in-the-Place) object protection for enhanced operator safety. The instrument panel integrates overload alarm, operating hour meter, engine coolant and oil temperature display, gear position indicator, and fuel level. Standard features include hydraulic pilot single-handle operation, attachment quick-change button, adjustable luxury seat, and adjustable steering column, reducing fatigue during extended operation.
Standardized hydraulic quick-change interface allows for rapid replacement of various attachments: 0.8–2.2 meter wide engineering hoppers, log forks, hay forks, mixing hoppers, etc., enabling tasks such as cargo forking, earthmoving, timber grabbing, and feed transfer, covering multiple usage needs in engineering construction, agriculture, animal husbandry, and forestry.
