JCY 3-ton electric side-loading forklift is specifically designed for indoor transport and stacking of extra-long materials such as aluminum profiles, steel pipes, timber, and long sheet metal. The lateral load-bearing structure significantly reduces aisle width requirements, improving warehouse space utilization. The driver faces the forks directly, providing clear visibility for long materials and enhancing transport safety. The machine uses an AC drive system with a CURTIS controller and an 80V 500Ah high-capacity battery, ensuring stable and continuous power. The pure electric drive achieves zero emissions, low noise, and requires no oil or maintenance consumables, resulting in lower operating and maintenance costs compared to diesel models. With a standard lifting height of 3600mm, the mast has tilt adjustment, and hydraulic attachment interfaces are provided, making it suitable for multi-level rack stacking. It is widely used in environmentally controlled environments such as profile processing plants, pipe storage facilities, and enclosed indoor workshops.
