JCY 850T & 850AT Mini telescopic Wheel Loader is a mini telescopic wheel loader, upgraded from a standard small loader with a telescopic boom structure. It combines the maneuverability of a small loader with the high-lifting and long-distance obstacle-crossing unloading advantages of a telescopic forklift. It offers a variety of high-end engines and a four-wheel hydrostatic four-wheel drive system. Its compact design makes it ideal for high-level stacking, truck loading, and obstacle-crossing material transport in confined spaces such as greenhouses, farms, narrow construction sites, and indoor warehouses. It is a versatile heavy-duty material handling machine suitable for agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, light engineering, and municipal sanitation applications.
Equipped with a telescopic boom, its extended lifting and unloading heights far exceed those of fixed-arm loaders, enabling direct high-level loading of trucks and high-level stacking in warehouses. It can also traverse obstacles such as fences and piles of earth to retrieve materials, providing a wider operational coverage.
The steering wheel integrates a 5-inch high-definition LCD instrument panel, which can read data such as equipment load, power, fault codes, and runtime in real time, providing intuitive monitoring. Combined with the vehicle-wide integrated control box, the highly integrated wiring ensures stable electrical system operation and simplifies troubleshooting and maintenance.
The new multi-functional pilot control handle features a rich and practical layout of function buttons, providing precise control over boom lifting, bucket retraction, and attachment switching. It offers excellent micro-motion control, allowing beginners to quickly learn and reducing fatigue during extended operation.
A new shock-absorbing suspension seat is standard, filtering road bumps for a smooth ride and effectively reducing fatigue during high-intensity work. An upgraded armrest storage box with a built-in charging port meets the needs for storing personal items and charging electronic devices. An optional heating duct system provides excellent heating in enclosed spaces during winter, maximizing comfort throughout the year.
The machine boasts an extremely compact chassis with a minimal turning radius, easily navigating narrow farm gates, field paths, and low warehouse entrances. The removable cab canopy allows for quick assembly and disassembly, enabling operation in extremely low-ceilinged spaces. The four-wheel drive system provides excellent climbing and traction on uneven, muddy, and soft terrain. The hood can be fully opened for easy access to the motor/engine, hydraulic valves, and radiator.
Standard hydraulic quick-change mounts allow for rapid attachment of standard buckets, forks, hay and timber forks, road sweepers, snowplows, and more, enabling multiple functions including earthmoving, cargo loading, hay grabbing, road sweeping, and winter snow removal. One machine replaces multiple tools, maximizing efficiency.
